Product Description

Charudatta Baviskar is a 22-year-old participant in the Sustainable Entrepreneurship minor at Van Hall Larenstein University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands. Originally from India, he has a strong interest in agriculture, sustainability, entrepreneurship, and international trade. Alongside his studies, he owns and manages an export-import business, where he has gained practical experience in international trade, business development, supply chain management, and global market operations. This experience has provided him with valuable insights into cross-border commerce and international business relations while strengthening his entrepreneurial and leadership skills.

In addition, Charudatta is the founder of a farmer solutions consultancy firm that supports farmers in improving productivity, adopting sustainable practices, and implementing innovative agricultural solutions. As CEO and Marketing Head of Rootiva, he applies his knowledge and experience to develop environmentally responsible products that address modern agricultural challenges. His passion for sustainable agriculture and innovation motivates him to create practical solutions that generate long-term value for farmers, communities, and the agricultural sector while contributing to a more sustainable future.

Kartik Kadam is a participant in the Sustainable Entrepreneurship minor at Van Hall Larenstein University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands and is 22 years old. Coming from India and a family with an agricultural business background, he has developed a strong interest in agriculture and sustainable farming practices. As Organizational and Resource Head at Rootiva, he oversees internal operations, resource allocation, and team coordination. His understanding of agricultural systems helps Rootiva create practical solutions that address real-world farming challenges.

Aseem Taro is a participant in the Sustainable Entrepreneurship minor at Van Hall Larenstein University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands, and he is 22 years old. Originally from India, he grew up around agricultural business activities, which inspired his interest in agricultural innovation and sustainability. As Head of Research and Development at Rootiva, he focuses on product development and improving biodegradable mulching technology. His goal is to create innovative products that support farmers while promoting environmentally responsible agricultural practices.

Nabiel Haggan is a participant in the Sustainable Entrepreneurship minor at Van Hall Larenstein University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands and is 21 years old. Originally from Indonesia, he is interested in sustainable business development, entrepreneurship, and financial management because in Indonesia, he studied Management specialize in Finance. As Finance Officer at Rootiva, he is responsible for budgeting, financial planning, and supporting strategic business decisions. Through his work, he helps ensure the company’s financial stability while contributing to sustainable solutions that create value for both farmers and the environment.

Naura Racheema Fatah is a participant in the Sustainable Entrepreneurship minor at Van Hall Larenstein University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands, and she is 21 years old. Originally from Indonesia, she is passionate about sustainability and environmental responsibility. As Sustainability Officer at Rootiva, she ensures that the company’s activities align with environmental standards and sustainability goals. Her role supports Rootiva’s mission of reducing agricultural plastic waste through biodegradable alternatives and promoting more sustainable farming practices for future generations.
