Nold, short for Noodles Gold, is a student-developed food brand based in the Netherlands. We create convenient cup noodles for people who want a quick warm meal without giving up on better ingredients. Our main product is Healthy Cup Noodles, made with non-fried noodles, dried vegetables and a lighter seasoning blend.
Nold is currently developed and presented through school projects, business fairs, product tastings, and online communication during the academic year. Our focus is on students, young professionals and busy consumers who need something fast, affordable and easy to prepare.
What makes Nold different is it’s realistic approach to healthier convenience food. Instead of making instant noodles complicated, we improve the parts that matter most: nutrition, preparation, flavour, and transparency. We combine practical food testing with fresh ideas to create a product that feels familiar, but smarter. Fast meals should still feel like a good choice, and that is the idea behind Nold.

They are made with visible dried vegetables, a savoury broth, and noodles designed to be filling and easy to prepare. Our team combines clear roles to develop Nold in a practical and creative way. Adlan Zhamankara is the group leader and marketing lead, responsible for guiding the team, shaping the brand message and presenting the product to customers. Mo’men Saber is the recipe developer, focusing on ingredients, flavour and preparation methods for the cup noodles. Khoa Dang is the quality assessor, checking the product’s consistency, safety and overall standard.
