Moo ‘n’ melt presents the filled mozzarella made of buffalo milk. It’s like the regular mozzarella everyone knows, but this is a mozzarella with a twist. This product is available in two surprising flavours: A classic filled with homemade pesto, and a bold blend of mascarpone, vegan bacon, applesauce, roasted pistachio and truffle oil. With the creaminess on the outside, packed with flavour on the inside.
We are a team of four food lovers with a passion for creativity and quality, so together we founded Moo ‘n’ Melt with one goal: to develop innovative dairy products with character.
